Platform - Mobile APP

Defect Type - Functional / Session Management

Description - After successfully logging into the Mobile APP, if the user leaves the application idle for some time without performing any activity, the user is automatically logged out.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the Mobile APP.
  2. Login with valid credentials.
  3. Keep the application open without performing any activity for some time.
  4. After the idle period, try to access any screen or perform an action.
  5. Observe the application behavior.

Actual Result The user is automatically logged out after keeping the application idle for some time.

Expected Result The user should remain logged in during the expected session period. If an automatic logout is required due to session timeout, the app should clearly notify the user before logging out and handle the session timeout appropriately.
