Mobile App – FST: User Is Automatically Logged Out After 15–30 Minutes of Inactivity
Module: Field Sales Tracking (FST)
Platform: Mobile App
Description:
When the user leaves the FST Mobile App idle without using it for approximately 15–30 minutes, the application automatically logs the user out after some time.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Login to the Mobile App.
- Navigate to the FST (Field Sales Tracking) module.
- Leave the application idle without performing any activity for 15–30 minutes.
- After the idle period, open or resume the app.
- Verify the user session/login status.
Actual Result:
The user is automatically logged out of the application after being inactive for approximately 15–30 minutes.
Expected Result:
The user should remain logged in during the expected session period. so that we can track it.
