Description

Log in to the application.
Navigate to Add Property.
Click the Download Excel option.
Open the downloaded Excel file.
Check the displayed data.

Expected Result:
The downloaded Excel file should contain the required Property data/template details.

Actual Result:
The Excel file downloads successfully, but it is empty and no data is displayed.

Export all relevant property details, such as:
Property Name
Property Code
Project status
Status
address
Created Date
Display a success message after the download is completed.
