Precondition:
The CRM mobile app is installed and opened on a Nothing Phone.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open the CRM mobile app.
Navigate to any inner screen/module.
Use the device's Back button/gesture.
Observe the app behavior.
Actual Result:
When the user uses the device Back option, the mobile app is completely closed/exited instead of navigating to the previous screen.
Expected Result:
The Back option should navigate the user to the previous screen within the mobile app. The app should exit only when the user is on the main/home screen and performs the back action again.
