Short Description:

In the Add Purchase page, after uploading an image and then deleting it, clicking the Delete Image button triggers an unexpected loading state on the Save button. The Save button starts loading even though the user only performed an image delete action.

Steps to Reproduce:

Login to the application.

Navigate to Purchase → Add Purchase.

Upload an image in the purchase form.

Click the Delete Image option/button.

Observe the Save button.

Expected Result:

Deleting the uploaded image should remove the image only. The Save button should remain in its normal state and should not start loading.

Actual Result:

After clicking the Delete Image button, the Save button also enters a loading state unexpectedly.
