Description

The system allows duplicate categories to be created through the Excel import feature without validating existing category records.

Steps to Reproduce:
Login to the application.
Navigate to product→ Category.
Click Excel Import.
Upload an Excel file containing a category that already exists in the system.
Click Import.
The system imports the duplicate category successfully without any validation.
